Depending on the requirement, engagements may be structured as:

- Retained Advisory: For organizations requiring on-going access to senior legal, compliance or governance expertise.
- Strategic/Executive Advisory: For senior leadership and boards requiring focused advice on specific business-critical matters.
- Fractional/Interim Support: Where an organization requires experienced legal, compliance or governance leadership on a flexible basis.
- A scope and commercial proposal will be provided following an initial discussion and assessment of the requirement.
